It's a patriotic start to the season as we celebrate America through music and what we all have in common as Americans. Jay Niepoetter, Centralia native and retired member of the President's Own Marine Corps Band, will join the Orchestra as a soloist. Marcus Holland, Executive Director of the Greater Centralia Chamber of Commerce, will narrate a special piece with historic references.

HOLIDAY FESTIVAL CONCERT
Centralia Philharmonic Orchestra

Celebrate the season in the beautifully decorated City Hope Church Auditorium as the Philharmonic Orchestra and Choral Society present a program of holiday favorites from around the world. Complimentary refreshments will be provided prior to the performance as the Phil'z Harmoniks string ensemble performs in the cafe area. The program will include God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, Carol of the Bells, O Little Town of Bethlehem and Brazilian Sleigh Bells along with Irving Berlin's White Christmas. City Hope Church is located at 1000 E. Third St. in Centralia and is handicapped accessible.

The biennial Sacred Music Concert returns as the Orchestra and Choral Society come together for an afternoon of instrumental and vocal selections highlighting the sacred repertoire. Featuring a combination of ensembles and soloists, this event has become an inspirational musical precedent for the Easter season.

It's a salute to Spring and Moms as the Orchestra concludes the season. The program will include "Tales from the Vienna Woods", "In the Hall of the Mountain King", "On the Trail" as well as music from the Star Trek universe and artist James Taylor. Prior to the performance, complimentary coffee, assorted donuts and juices will be available. Moms in attendance will receive a complimentary carnation. Attendees may also view the 2025 Centralia High School Student Art Exhibit in the gallery before and after the performance. Donuts are provided courtesy of Schnuck's Market of Centralia.
